Dear all,
Since in the CLM system, only to be added as collaborator or reviewer can see the Master Agreement which was created by others.
Anyone who knows how to add the fixed collaborator automatically everytime when I create the Master Agreement? There is a screenshot in the attachment.
Hope someone could help me.
Best Regards,
Yue
Request clarification before answering.
You can use the Document Security Templates to add a collaborator or group to every event (by object type). When you use the Doc Sec Templates to add collaborators, they can NOT be removed.
It is intended that these users should be added for reasons like the System Admin group so they always have the ability edit, or view the documents.
I hope this helps.

Hi
If the logic is simple (for instance if you need the same collaborator each time you are the owner) you can easily set up a business rule (Set up/Script definitions/Business rule Engine) without coding.

Hi,
I have found a way that i can add the user as the collaborator in the MA Template first. Then when the MA Template was chose in the process of creating contract through the Contact Template, it will be added as the collaborator automatically. But it only apply to the contract which was created by the Contract Template, not fit to the one-time contract which was created directly.
Anyway, thanks for your reply.

Yue
