Hi All,

Our Client is based on Singapore, and has a reporting currency in USD.

For GST it is required to have the report in SGD?

How does other companies setup their tax and invoice?

Do they have custom exchange rate field in invoice? for invoice report to be in SGD?

Hello,

Before talking about reporting, you need to properly configure your solution and suppliers need to have their profiles correctly filled in, see more here:

When it comes to reporting that should be done in SAP and is not part of DSN project...

there is a standard SAP functionality covering that aspect:

As for the process itself, what we see our customers do is:

- configuring Ariba Network with tax config that is used in SAP (tax code in SAP is driven by tax category on AN)

- using standard exchange rate field from invoice to push it to SAP for invoice posting (unless there is an agreement with a supplier to drive exchange rate from a different source like a PO for instance..)

- requiring from supplier all mandatory fields to input based on country-based rule configuration for Singapore (it is pre-defaulted for SG once enabled)
