Hi, OCI 4.0 can be used indefinetly but bear in mind the newer features of the OCI 5.0 structure may not be used with the older OCI 4.0 specifications.
However, OCI 5.0 is backward compatible, so any catalog you had which were OCI 4.0 compliant is useable.
