How long after I change a PO due date will it appear on the physical PO?

I create a purchase order with the due date of 08/20/19. I go to output history, click on the purchase order number and print out the PDF of the purchase order. The due date will show 08/20/19.

Let's say I have to change the due date to 08/25/19. When I got to print out the PO under output history, the due date will still read 08/20/19.

When does the physical purchase order show the changed due date? It should be instantaneous, but as of yet, the printout only shows the original ETA, never the adjusted due date. It's changed to 08/25/19 in the computer, but not on paper.

Then Check with your consultant it may be due to output management.

Hi,

Seems its an issue in the logic in the output program and it might be taking the statistical delivery date instead of delivery date. You may get help from your technical team to check the logic of the output program and amend it as required.
