I need your help! I need to know how I can integrate OpenText in SRM 7.0 in order to be able to view the corresponding documentation saved in OpenText through the SRM.

Hi Sara,

There is no direct configuration to bring the relevant document to SRM. You need to enhance the page.

If you know Webdynpro development changes you can, otherwise work with developer to achieve this enhancement.
