PO that customer sent me got wrong address and country. Customer told that I select wrong ANID (my company has 2 locations with 2 ANID). How I can change to be correct ANID for PO issue after Trading Relationship already established? Kindly advise.

Once the customer has sent you the PO to a certain ANID and you have accepted that PO via a certain ANID you cannot change it yourself to the right ANID. But you can go to your account where the relationship was accepted, under 'Settings' 'Customer relationships' then select the customer and choose 'reject'. Next step is to contact your customer to resend the PO to your ANID of choice so you can log in via your correct ANID and then respond to the PO there.
