How can I delete the intake text from Purchase Orders?

Hi all,

There is a new text showing up on Purchase Orders in which you can see the intake hours (see screenshot below). We can't understand where does it come from or why is it showing up. Do you know how to delete it?

Would you tell me if this is one SRM PO output or MM PO output?

For SRM output, you may check the text of email via smartforms transaction.
