how can i connect non SAP system with SAP ARIBA for purchase requisition import?

I have a Ariba buying on cloud and a non SAP system in client landscape , how to go ahead with integrating both to pull PR in to Ariba ?

I want details for which middle ware we need to use ? which api ? if we can built API ? how to build API?

Hello Kaustubh,

You can set the option of integration either to File or Webservice based on the receiver system in Ariba Buying.

File

if you choose the option of File, then you can extract the Purchase Requisition information as a file and build the interface to consume the CSV file to import the PR information.

Webservice

If you choose the option of Webservice, you can set the endpoint for the receiver system. Consume the WSDL and import the data.
