How can I activate the inbound processing functionality in "Business Data Scoping"?

It is currently not possible to set the inbound function to "active" when configuring the Business Data Scope. Are there any settings necessary in the Communication Scenario or is an OCR license missing? Perhaps someone has an idea?

Am also waiting for the same, how to enabled the inbound processing status active. Currently i cant edit
