Hierarchy gets created in SOCO when SC is created from PR in SRM 7.13

Hi All,

We have implemented SRM 7.13 and have observed that if a SC is created from PR containing Service as line item then SC is available in SOCO for Buyer .In these cases it creates a hierarchy and buyer has to expand the hierarchy to enter the supplier.

Can you please let me know if there is any option available to avoid this.

HI Ankur

I guess you are trying to create a Service Item in ECC with Document type as D then you would have created as hierarchy . Service items always create a hierarchy item in SRM .

If you do not want the same can you please check by debugging in doc_change as you would

have to code to delete the line item which would also mean you change the item type which maybe classified as HIER
