Our SRM Version is 7.0.
During the Shopping cart creation if any errors occurs because of User Mistake or Invalid Data entered into the Fields like Supplier or Contract, there will be Error message for the Save,
SO when We try to Save the Shopping cart by Clicking on "SAVE" button we are getting a Pop - up message stating "Order Cannot Carried out".
Can anyone help me in this whether can we save the Shopping Cart with Errors or not?
If Yes, guide me please on it.

The action of saving the Shopping Cart should be carried out even with errors. Could you describe what you do, where you click in the Shopping cart? Please send us the steps, like "Shop > Describe requirement > Fill the data > click on..." to see what you do.
Alternatively, you could set external breakpoint in the Function BBP_PD_MSG_ADD and check the call stack while receiving the "Order cannot carried out" message.
