Hi,

I adjusted the secondary tag to HCM relevant.

If it is about org in ERP, it is not relevant to SRM tag.

the primary tag you chosen is for SRM organization. For this, you may check our troubleshooting guide for organization and user in SRM system:

However if you want to know the organization& user set up in ERP system (HR installed), the tag should be adjusted to HCM relevant.

Please clarify your question with more details.
