HELP - I deleted a bid invitation via WEB UI

Hi @ all,

I just deleted a bid invitation via the web ui in oure SRM 5.5. I like to have it back, because the deletion was just a mistake.

Is there any possibility for me to set the status from deleted back to active?

Please, if anybody has an idea, let me know asap.

Hi Christian,

Have you deleted the BID Invitation at item level?

If so, there is a field in table BBP_PDIGP called "DEL_IND".

You can access it through BBP_PD transaction clicking on item.

When item is deleted, this field is flagged as "X". If you would like to undelete the item, just edit the table using debug and "blank" again this field. This will make the item available again within BID Invitation.

Hi Ricardo,

thanks a lot for your fast answer. I tested it at the weekend, but I think I deleted the Bid Invitation on Header level. Because the items have not the X in your mentioned field, but the bid invitation is still not viewable in the SRM Frontend.

You can see that the bid inv. is there, because when you have a look into the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I you can see the Header and the Items.

Is there a deletionflag also for the header, not only for the items? Maybe you know it.
