Guided Sourcing Auctions item/lot level timing display for buyers

Hi Experts,

I am testing Guided Sourcing Rev. English auctions (Staggered) where I have created an event with multiple Items and a Lot with 2 items.

As per event timings, each lot would be open for 10 mins.

Issue - In Guided Sourcing as a Buyer, I am unable to monitor time left for each of the Item / Lot before it will get closed. The Bid console only shows Event level time.

However, when I switch to Classic view of this same event, I am able to see the remaining time for each lot/item.

Is there a config. setting which will help in getting the time remaining for Lot / Item to be displayed in Guided Sourcing view?

Thanks for sharing across these resources however my query is in particular to how to check on how much time is left for each lot/item that is undergoing bid.

Would highly appreciate if you could share any helpful info/link for this.

Hello Rohit,

You may wish to use the "For You" view with additional feed settings: The Guided Sourcing Feed | SAP Help Portal which allows for additional editing of the Dashboard.

Also, the Bid Console should give you the most accurate lot-level information, click the More actions icon () and then select View bid console. Monitoring Auction Bids in Guided Sourcing | SAP Help Portal

I do not believe you can change the high level view: Monitoring Page for Guided Sourcing Events | SAP Help Portal
