Goods receipt in DSN will happen through Idoc or Web Service, If possible can you please share the details of web service. I did the basic configuration of receipt request but did not find any thing in SRT_MONI when doing the GRN.If possible can you please share the process too.

Hello experst,

we are implementing a DSN project for the first time and are facing a challenge.

In our test system we were able to set up Order, OC, ASN and INV.

But unfortunately we couldn't find out how to set up the Good Receipt Notice process, yet.

Challenge:

By creating a goods receipt in the backend - the Good Receipt Notice process should be triggered.

That means that the supplier should receive a Good Receipt Notice, right?

1. How and where can I set this process?

2. How does the supplier receive the Good Receipt Notice? Like E-Mail or something else?

Unfortunately, after much research, we haven‘t found any documentation on this.

Maybe you have an idea how we can get necessary information?

Dear Sunisa ,

I encounter the same issue as you when implementing DSN.

I followed the steps like mentioned in the Ariba config file in the SAP backend en CGI.

My goods receipt is visible in following transaction SRT_MONI with status delivered but no transaction document visible in ARIBA CIG.

Does anyone have some insights/tips to share.

Goods receipt in CIG configuration guide is called goods request.

1, Here you can find that it is web service and you need to configure it during 'setup interface step'

2, Here you will details on how to configure receipt request step by step

3. Here you can find more details receipt with corrections that are accepted by Ariba Network (102, 122...

Thanks for sharing the details, i already have configured all these steps, please find my observation.

• 1.Goods receipt message is generated and same can be seen in SRT_MONI.

• 2.When checking the same in CIG transaction tracker, we are not able to see any thing related to ReceiptRequest transaction.

• 3.Checked the CIG project configuration and did not find any issue in Project

Can you please check and let me know why this is happening.

Hi do you have any other proxy/webservices messages in scope?

Do these work or not?

Is the issue only related to the Goods Receipt request message or other documents as well ?
