Good Vendor Management Program?

Hi everyone, I work for the financial industry (about 150 users) and currently we do our vendor management via excel sheets, and I know there has to be a better way to do this I imagine. Can anyone suggest good vendor management video programs out there? We don't obviously need a million dollar software for something our size, so budget is a concern and something that is easy to use and simply in nature. (Don't need something overly complex for our size) Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
