Gl account doesn't always default from product categroy

Hello,

We are on SRM 7.01 stack 5 in the classic scenario. when users create a shopping cart the gl account must default from the product category.We have made all the necessary setting. They were already made as we upgraded from SRM 5. So in the attributes all settings are fine and in the SPRO we have assigned the product category to the account assignment category and GL account however it seems that not always the gl account defaults from the product category. We have already implemented note 1667610 as the default GL account was not overwrittem by the one set in default settings.

Any help ?

Hi

Take the dump of all GL acoount.

delete all the GL account from SPRO settings.

make entry of all the GL account and tick the default GL account.

It will work

If you are upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0  ,the old GL  account in the system will not work.
