Hi Experts:

I follow this link to setup subaccount:https://support.ariba.com/Item/view/181633

And I also manually create custom region of eu1.hana.ondemand.com and try to add aff5426a3and a18a6fc8f still got the error message. Is there any setting that I need to check? Thanks.

Hi,

What do you see in las_trace.log file ?

Have you tried checking 2460641 SAP note ? Any luck there?

Hey Sameer,

To create a custom region you can follow instruction from here:

https://help.sap.com/viewer/cca91383641e40ffbe03bdc78f00f681/Cloud/en-US/a994a759237948cc94cb55c167a...

Hey Sameer,

Looks like you have used your region as Frankfurt (EU2.hana.ondemand.com) and that subaccount (aff5426a3) is not defined in that region.

aff5426a3 is defined for eu1.hana.ondemand.com. In the region field (first row in the , first column in your screenshot)

Can you physically type eu1.hana.ondemand.com in the region filed and try that?

Thanks,
Dencil

Hi Sameer,

I never encounter this issue but I have found a SAP note which can help you here.

2730585 - Unable to add a Cloud Foundry (CF/AWS) Subaccount in SAP Cloud Connector – 417 An authorization problem occurred when downloading the configuration. Check the spelling of the subaccount name, user and password – see "Log And Trace Files" for details.

Best Regards,

Atul

Dear Prem,

When we are defining the subaccount in cloud connector, we are getting 417 an authorization error.

Screen shot of error is attached for your reference.
