getting error while creating subaccount for cloud connector test server

Log shows as below. Is it server eu1.hana.ondemand.com has SSL certificate problem or I need to add other settings?

Looks like you have used your region as Frankfurt (EU2.hana.ondemand.com) and that subaccount (aff5426a3) is not defined in that region.
aff5426a3 is defined for eu1.hana.ondemand.com. In the region field (first row in the , first column in your screenshot)
Can you physically type eu1.hana.ondemand.com in the region filed and try that?

I never encounter this issue but I have found a SAP note which can help you here.
2730585 - Unable to add a Cloud Foundry (CF/AWS) Subaccount in SAP Cloud Connector – 417 An authorization problem occurred when downloading the configuration. Check the spelling of the subaccount name, user and password – see "Log And Trace Files" for details.
