Getting error while creating free text cart

Hi All,

We have configured SRM 7.02 with 7.31 Portal. We logged into the portal and clicked Employee self service link to do self service procurement scenario. In this, while creating free text cart from "Shop"link getting below error.

500 SAP internal Server error

Error: Internal Error occurred when processing parallel ( termination: Error Message State)

Steps:  

1. Go to link

2. Enter username/ Password

3. Click Employee Self-Service

4. Click Shop

5. Click 'Describe what you need' under tab free text

6. Enter details of the item.

7. Click ok

8. Error appears(Attached Screenshot - Free text Cart Error.jpg )

Can you please help in resolve this error.

I had a similar issue that has been solved with note 1401401.

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks for your help. Issue is resolved.

Now we are facing another issue of purchase group missing.

Error Description: Purchase group for follow on document is missing.

Steps

1. Go to link

2. Enter username, Password

3. Click Employee Self-Service

4. Click Shop

5. Click 'Describe what you need' under tab free text

6. Enter details of the item.

7. Click ok

8. Error appears

have you managed to solve this issue? I implemented this note and have the same problem.
