Getting Error when creating a Business partner (Customer Vendor Integration)

Hello, We have integrated Ariba SIPM with ECC using mediated connectivity. Got the connection establish, file comes to ECC as a csv. Now ECC needs to extract the data, and create a Business partner, which in turn will create a vendor record. Got the CVI settings done and all the prerequisites etc. However, we are unable to create the BP as it throws an error. The ABAP resource we have debugged and bypassed the error to let us create the BP (and vendor record). But that is not the solution. In the logic, the errors occurs when the I_event values are ComonTimeDepend and Supplier. Skipping the errors in Transformation routine for both CommonTimeDependent and Supplier allow to create the supplier record.

Anyone knows why is that?

Not sure if we have to do an enhancement where we tell the program to skip these steps, so it can end up creating a BP.
