Getting error on ROS screen when click on submit button

Hi Folks,

The issue is related to ROS process. issue is like when vendor doing the self registration & after filling the mandatory information when he is trying to click the submit button, it gives some error message are give below-

SRM Administrator not found; Check IMG

Internal error 4

Registration currently not possible

so, pls have a look.

Check the setting in SPRO under following node:

SAP Supplier Relationship Management ->Supplier Self-Services ->Master Data ->Make Settings for Business Partners

We haven't done any config for SUS yet.

The IMG node you are pointing to refers to SUS config.

Hi,

Please try Sushil's suggestion although it mentions settings for SUS. Maintain admin user under the above node and retest.
