Get confirmation number against GR

Hi Experts,

I've a business requirement, where I have

Shopping cart number

Shopping cart item number

Purchase Order Number

Purchase Order Item Number

Goods Receipt Number (ECC GR)

Goods Receipt Item Number

Now based on this information, I need to find Confimration Number & item number in SRM.

Is there any table/FM where I can get SRM confirmation details based on info that I have?

Unless you have made some special provision note that if the goods receipt was performed in the backend system using MIGO there will be no SRM document to view.

Yes Allan,

Case here is, confirmation is created in SRM and GR is posted in backend, both these activities are sequencial.

Now, I need to find is the confirmation number if I know the GR number. Where can I find both documents in SRM ? may be any table or FM ??

Hi

Go to T.code: BBP_PD

select object type : BUS 2121

Enter the Object ID: shopping cart no

Enter the Shopping cart no and execute

Go to confirmation details -click you can check the table for confirmation. Where you can get the SRM confirmation No
