if your customers wants to go ahead from SRM 4.0 to SRM 700 . SAP definetly helps

on each business scenario .

You can contact SAP via OSS message . they definetly gives more help pon this.

since every SRM Business Objects got improved and Business process simplified and look wise and more enhanced feature and more user friendly.. etc.

what are the SRM Business objects are you currently using and what are the Business process involved currently?
