Hi,

We are in SRM 6.0,

I created Shopping Cart using Free text, If i check BBP_PD following was status

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

HEADER I1129 Approved

Purchase order created for the same shopping cart by buyer, If i check BBP_PD following was status.

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

HEADER I1129 Approved

I can find the PO details in Header Links

Why follow document status i.e I1113 Follow-on Document Created is not visible for free text SC as normal SC carts??

Is it standard behavior or some problem??

Hi Neelima,

The status I1111 and I1113 (or I1112) should be also updated for free text items.

Maybe are the SC items in the sourcing?

No i checked i cannot find the SC item in sourcing?? Is there any other way to check sourcing (may be i am checking wrong ). I logged on as Buyer and created PO for the same SC from the sourcing it self.

Please give me pointer on it.

Hi Neelima,

OK, then please check whether the follow-on document is created in the backend system (according to the status is not created).

In case there is no follow-on document, you can start the SC transfer manually with the function BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER.

Hi Muthu,

Checked the oss note mentioned above.

But in my case

In BBP_PD for the free text SC , follow-on documents in the object links is available, history of the shopping carts also displayed and PO is posted in Backend .

Below Status are missing.

0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process X

0000000001 I1113 Follow-on Document Created

Note:- It only happening for free text(Describe) shopping cart.

After executing the bbp get status report without any input.

The output:- No requirements with status 'transferred' found
