Follow on documets for purchase order / shopping cart

Hi Gurus ,

Is BBP_PD updated with the list of the follow on documents created for a shopping cart or a purchase order ?

Which table stored all the PO/shopping cart history ?

Also , what is the best way of checking whether a Purchase order in SRM has been created directly or through referencing a shopping cart ? I know I we can check this through SRM front end , but I am looking for a table in backend.

Hello Saurav,

Yes, you can verify the follow on documents from Shopping Cart.

On transaction BBP_PD go to Header Links table and you will see the follow on documents created by the SC. You can verify the Obj_Type and will discover which document was created, like:

BUS2200 -> Bid Invitation

BUS2201 -> Purchase Order

...
