Hello,
We are facing an issue for a few SCs. The follow-on document (Purchase Order) got created after Shopping cart is ordered but we do not find any Workflow for the same. These SCs are almost a year old so we are not sure whether the workflow was triggered or not. But we did not find any data in any workflow table or any outgoing email in SOST for that period.
How can I find whether the WF was triggered or not, and the log data for the workflow.
We have application controlled workflow.

Hello Nida,
it is hard to tell you how this issue could have happened. In the old WFL the task could help in identifying if there was a workflow triggered. The document changes can also tell some information about the workflow.
If you can not find the data in the workflow section, the most possible reason however is that the workflow was triggered correctly, but an archiving has cleared the instances.
