I need to find the connection between the PO header and its table etension, tables CRMD_ORDERADM_H and BBP_PDHCF.

Hi,
Try using the table CRMD_LINK.
CRMD_ORDERADM_H-GUID = CRMD_LINK-GUID_HI
CRMD_LINK-GUID_SET = BBP_PDHCF-SET_GUID
