Financial approver getting triggered for SOBO SC's

Dear SRM Experts,

Financial approver is getting pickedup in the workflow for the SOBO carts (low value shopping carts) created by Business users. The issue happened only for the users whose IDs were are created from HtR. Could you please look into the issue and update us.

Does this issue only happen to SOBO SCs?

Are you using process-controlled workflow? Are you using your own custom process schema? If so, make screenshot to show the process levels defined.

If financial approver is not picked, whom should be selected as approver?
