There are settings for buyside and sellside attachments in the system properties. These can be made as small / large as you wish however you do have to concern yourself with other rules in your infrastructure and potential timeouts if you make the settings too large.
by default these are:
attachments.maxSizeKB.buyers 10000
attachments.maxSizeKB.sellers 10000
This is 10MB these can usually get up to 50MB without issue. However trying to allow 100MB has been problematic in some environments. This is something you will need to test after changing the settings.
