Fieldglass - Multiple Item for Workorder and Integration with ARIBA PR/ PO

Hello,

I would like to get clarity on the below questions as much as possible :

1. Can we create multiple lines on one Workorder ? If yes , does the integration between FG and Ariba will create one PO for Multiple WO Lines or One PO per WO line ?
2. Can we create multiple lines on one SOW  ? If yes, does the integration between FG and Ariba will create one PO for Multiple  SOW Lines or One PO per SOW  line ?
3. For multiple Cost Center for same WO line or SOW Line in Fieldglass, does the integration with Ariba will split the Ariba PO  with the same splitting in FG WO or FG SOW  ? Or does the WO or SOW integration in FG/Ariba is limited to only the Primary Cost Center (flag in FG) to be replicated in Ariba PO ?

Hello! Answering some of the questions below I was able to gather for you. For your specific instance it would be good to explore this via a case as there could be some nuance based on your specific situation.

1. Can we create multiple lines on one Workorder ? If yes , does the integration between FG and Ariba will create one PO for Multiple WO Lines or One PO per WO line ?
   Typically where we see this is where the Spend Matrix functionality is being used within SAP Fieldglass that can allow multi-line PO support is added for contingent workflow. On detection of the Work Order utilizing the Spend Matrix, a multi-line payload will be created and sent to Ariba Buying.
2. Can we create multiple lines on one SOW  ? If yes, does the integration between FG and Ariba will create one PO for Multiple  SOW Lines or One PO per SOW  line ?
   In SAP Fieldglass the company configuration setting Ariba Integration for SOW with multi-line allows you to send PO requisitions to SAP Ariba P2P with multiple line-items. This setting must be enabled to send POs to SAP Ariba with multiple line-items.
3. For multiple Cost Center for same WO line or SOW Line in Fieldglass, does the integration with Ariba will split the Ariba PO  with the same splitting in FG WO or FG SOW  ? Or does the WO or SOW integration in FG/Ariba is limited to only the Primary Cost Center (flag in FG) to be replicated in Ariba PO ?
   The scenarios that can be cared for include SOW Multi-Line PO – Single Cost Object, SOW Multi-Line PO – Multiple Cost Objects, Contingent Single Line PO – Multiple Cost Objects, Contingent Spend Matrix – Multi-Line PO’s. One thing to note here, is unlike the single contingent payloads, each line on a multi-line contingent payload will only relate to one cost object with a 100% cost allocation.
