FieldGlass integration with S/4 Hana using SAP CPI

Hi experts,

we are implementing scope item 22K for transactional integration between FG and S/4 Hana ( both cloud and on-premise ) using SAP CPI as middleware. we have deployed the integration package in CPI and deployed all the iflows. one of the iflow is " Purchase requisition replication from SAP Fieldglass to S/4 HANA 1709". This iflow is supposed to bring PRs from FG into S/4 Hana. We have the endpoint ( calling URL ) of this iflow. What we are not sure is where to input this URL in Fieldglass inorder to have the PRs come to SAP CPI? Anybody has any idea on this? There is absolutely no documentation about what steps to be performed on FG side in 22K scope item.

HI,

SAP FG enablement team has to configure the endpoints in the Fieldglass. The option is not available for customers. This can only be done by Fieldglass team.

Hi Sankara. I'm not sure about the specific company setup and settings on your side and what you configured yet. If you need to add outbound integrations to support event driven integrations, you need to reach out to the SAP accounts team or the implementation team that supports you. Prior to that you should have setup your approval groups and integration approval level and all the relevant custom fields. I hope that helps, Jutta

thank for the reply. what we are trying is to implement 22K scope item. the scope item guide completely misses the configurations needed on FG side. Is it possible to for you to forward my query some in SAP who has better understanding of 22k scope item?

It describes the end-to-end transactional flow and also elaborates on the setup. In practical terms, I would also suggest that you get access to the configuration manager if you have not already. Thanks for the reply. I have gone through the below SAP help several times so far. what is not clear to me as point number 2 in the below sap help link. What is that we need to SAP fieldgalss in order to send the WO/SOW to CPI. I mean I assume form the description that this is a real time integration and FG needs to push the data to CPI. For this we need to configure the CPI URL/credentials somewhere in FG. This is what missing in the SAP help and also in 22K documentation. I have access FG configuration manager, but could not find anything related to this. Any help is really appreciated
