Fail print with big font size to thermal printer

I have issue printing big font to thermal printer. It works fine printing to "Microsoft XPS Document Writter" or a normal printer.

I have a workaround which is setting it to font size 12 or the label with less words. But using smaller font size is not what I want. Please help. Thanks.

1. report.png = the simple crystal report with Normal text. Tahoma, size 18, Bold.
2. result.jpg = print result incomplete

In which SAP Product are you facing this issue? Based on the screenshot the SRM Printing and attachments is not the correct tag for this question.
