Hi All,

While I am creating shopping cart by using external catalogue, I am able to go to cataloue page but giving me a message as "To use the online catalog, you must be assigned to a customer". In the web page it is taking me as a guest login.

Could you suggest what I am missing in my system.

Please give your ideas to fix this issue.

Hi

Check with the catalog attributes maintained or not for your user id in org structure. Check SPRO settings for external web services maintained correctly with correct hook URL.

Hello Jagad,

Please add the URL in trusted sites in the Internet Explorer and try.  The following are the required steps.

In the internet explorer

1. Tools - Internet options.

2. Security

3. Select Trusted sites - sites

4. Add URL in the Trusted site
