External debug not working after SRM7.0 upgrade to EHp1

Hello SRM,

The external debugging not working with same role as SRM 7.0 role. and getting below error

"User XXXX is not authorized for debugging"

Authorization object : S_DEVELOPER

Activity                  :   Create or generate, Change, Delete

Package               :        $*, T*, Y*, Z*

Object name        :           *

Object type          :              DEBUG

Authorization group ABAP/4 pro : *

Looking for the possible solutions ASAP.

Hi,

When the user gets ths error, please check if any missing authorization is reported in transaction SU53.

Do we needs to assign * star to all*

Just add the ones reported in SU53. It is also possible to assign * to all of them.
