External Budget Check Response Failed

Hi All,

We are having some issues with the Budget Check Response from ECC.

As you can see in the following picture, the RTBC is triggered and the response is generated in ECC:

I am getting the following error on Ariba Buying side:

"Requisition PRxxxxx, was sent to the external system but the response from the external system was invalid and could not be consumed"

Any idea of what is happening?

Try to disable CIG and re-enable CIG,  this should refresh the endpoints in the backend.
