extended classic -SC status approved but in sourcing cockpit SC not available to create PO

Hi All,

We have one SC having this issue.

SC is showing status approved but we go to sourcing cockpit SC is not avaiable for sourcing. This is due to status not changed from approved to Purchaser worklist.

Workflow is showing statuscomplted . Also run the Clean reqreq job and status update job , SC status is still showing as approved.

SYSTEM details: SRM 7.0

Hi,

using the BBP_BW_SC2 transaction check any follow-on document is created for the SC created

open SC using bbp_pd and enter transfer in tcode input box and see what is happening

Hi Abdul,

Try re-transferring the shopping cart using FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER.

Now check the alert monitors in RZ20 or BBP_PD for any error messages.

We are on extended classic. Do we use  FUNCTION MODULE BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER  for this.
