We are implementing S4 central procurement (on premise ) at one of customer and they want to add a text box for comments ( not text field ) in the header section of App "Manage Central purchase contracts". We tried to do this using "Custom fields and logic" app but there is no option to add a Text box. What are the technical possibilities that we have here?
