Export records into Excel 2007 in SAP sourcing V9

Hi SAP Guru,

We have some reports having more than 65K records. We'd like to export it into Excel in SAP Sourcing V9.

But it seems that it only allows us to do in Microsoft Excel 97-2003, which has a limitation of maximum 65K rows.

Therefore, we got an error when we exported.

Is it possible for SAP sourcing V9 to export records into Microsoft Excel 2007?

I appreciate your time and input.

Regards,

Check the user account settings.  On the Account Properties tab, there is field at the bottom titled Excel Format where you can select "Default", "Excel 2003", or "Excel 2007/2010".  My guess is it is set to "Excel 2003".

Hi Randy,

It was set to Default. Is there any way I can make Default as "Excel 2007/2010" so it can apply to all users.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Namsoo,

the default Excel Format is defined on the Company Master Data Object.
