Hi experts,
we are implementing Expert bid evaluation and in the process of demonstration, we are not able to send questionnaire to evaluators because the the 'Send Questionnaire' button is inactive. any suggestion that can help us make it active and enabled to send questionnaire will be very much appreciated.
Please advice.
