Existing vendor SLP Migration to CIG

What should we do to our existing vendors in Ariba SLP to avoid issue in CIG migration?

Our project is currently doing migration from CI9 to CIG.

The existing scenario was: SLP <> CI9 <> S4HANA <> iDoc <> MDG

The future scenario to implement is: SLP <> CIG <> MDG <> iDoc <> S4HANA

Should we delete all vendors in SLP before we Go Live with CIG? Then will do a DRFOUT from MDG?

Or there will be no issue if we migrate CI9 to CIG and existing vendors will still synced?

There is no impact for change of CI to CIG. There will be no duplicate suppliers created with the migration.

But if there are records that are in Ready state like Confirmation_In, they would be automatically sent to MDG via CIG with the change.
