Excel upload for questions section in RFX items

kindly let me know where is the document type configuration in SPRO ?

I cannot see excel import or export option on Questions tab at item level in an RFX document.

I can see import and export button on the top of the document at header level.

when I exported the rfx to excel, it does not have the overview tab as described in this blog. https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3203884

My version is SRM Server 713.

Where do I change the setting for the document type to be able to see the excel button ? (as described in this thread https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3203884 )

Usually all the information collected for excel is mentioned in FM

BBP_PDH_FILE_DOWN_CREATE_DC
