Anybody experience this error "Event is not enable for sending quotes to external system" in guided sourcing, the quotes even move from Ariba Sourcing, must be something relate to the template. Any hint will be appreciate.
It is a good idea to first make sure that the Sourcing Request template is active. Then feature: UP-643 Sourcing - PO/OA Integration with External System must also be enabled.
To enable the feature a Designated Support Contact (DSC) can raise a Case with Ariba Customer Support.
