Hi,
i am using SRM 4.0 and ECC 6.0 and i am getting the error when i am creating the shopping cart from external catalog "xyz material does not exist for plant xyx or flagged for deletion." even there is a flag for "don't check catalog product in SRM.
and also i have created the PO's successfully with the same material in the R/3 back end. i think this problem only with external catalog, but problem neither SRM nor R/3.
and all settings are correct as per OSS Note 786345.
so i am requesting you please advise me where i need to check further all the settings.
But this problem when i creating the shopping cart from external catalog stocked material for reservations.
please advise me asap with valuable inputs.
Regards,
Srini
Request clarification before answering.
Check material master well
like accounting view is correct ?
it could be some master data issue only.

You must get the same error while creating purchase order for the same
otherwise there is some thing wrong.try to recreate a same in development and post it to SAP.
I do remember i had this issue. immediately i went i tried to create a PO for this material i could not.
What is the settings in define backend system - system type for SRM Logical system and ECC logical system ?
SYSTEM TYPE ALSO make some mess here.
Are you in Classic or ECS?

Hi,
As you said i have been replicated that particular material into SRM system.later i have created the shopping cart and reservations (R/3) from Internal Goods /Services but not from Catalog system.
But the error is still existing with catalog material while i created the shopping cart from catalog system.
Can you please help me out to resolve this issue.
