Error with service Hierarchy PO - Error initializing text

Hi,

We are facing the below after SP upgrade from EHP2 SP12 to SP14:

While trying to edit the service hierarchy PO created before upgrade is giving the error: Error initializing text

We get this when we try to edit service hierarchy po and change the price, provided there is internal note on PO.

We are on SRM 7 EHP2 SP14 - Extended classic scenario.

Please suggest

1，Please create BAPI_PO_CHANGE test data reference to https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/cIQpFg
2，Please check POSERVICETEXT Structure is filled in BAPI_PO_CHANGE test data.
3, If the POSERVICETEXT is not blank, this can be the cause of the issue. MM-SRV expert confirmed that "the text ID 'F01', it should be maintained only in table POTEXTITEM but not POSERVICESTEXT."

In standard POSERVICETEXT is not filled, to check how the POSERVICETEXT is filled, please check BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI.
