Hello together,
I would like to address a problem we encountered when using the RuleCSVHelperFiles.zip look-up table in SAP Ariba. We attempted to load this table into the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) via an export program, but unfortunately, an error was displayed even though the payload of the table looks the same as other tables we have successfully loaded (for example such as cost centers).
The error message was not very helpful as it did not provide us with any specific information on what caused the problem.
Has anyone had similar experiences and can help me?

Hi Julia. Great question! If the data is the exact same as other files you have successfully loaded, this is likely a connectivity issue, which could be temporary. If it's consistently occurring, you should check with your network team, or your CIG admin to make sure no connections/routing has changed. It may require a deeper dive if this issue is only happening for this file and not others.
Can you let me know the error message at hand? I'd be interested to see what clues lie there. Perhaps there can be a case made for the error message to be improved upon as well.
