Hello Experts,
I would request your help to address the below Error.
We have noticed that few users are facing issues/errors while uploading documents into the Contract Document tab while creating a New Contract Record and also with existing Contract Records. Attached below is the screen shot of the error message.
This error pops up when the user tries to upload a document in the New Contract Document page while selecting the document to upload under the file name.

Request clarification before answering.
There are a number of issues that can occur while adding documents here and as attachments in other areas. First there is typically a virus scan action that occurs at this point. ( I say typical since this is an optional configuration) Next there is a size property that determines the maximum file size that would be allowed as an attachment. Lastly a timeout can occur if the file is too large or the upload is too slow. I would have a look in the application logs and see what they reveal.
