Error while Editing the Shopping cart

Hi gurus,

Once the SC submitted for approval, When the Approver tries to change or edit something in the SC we are getting the below error.

'Action not Possible. Status Update is still in Process' .

Any inputs releated to this will be helpful.

Did you run report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP already?

in case you have SRM 7.0, please implement the note 1405605.
