Error while creating shopping carts

Hi,

The below error is displayed while creating SC

E BBP_PD 822 Error in account assignment for item 1

E BBP_PD 083 No G/L account was entered; enter a G/L account

The version is SRM 7.0. Want to know the reason and root cause of this error.

Pls provide some help or inputs.

I think you should post your question to SAP Solutions -> SRM- General, you will attain more advice from there.

Nevertheless, the above errors look like there is no Account Assignment, and G/L account value being entered for item 1 of your returned shopping cart list. You may need to contact SRM consultant to configure in your SRM system correctly.
