Error while creating Contract from Master agreement

I am getting error while creating contract from a master agreement . I am using sourcing 9.0 version ,

Hi,

It looks like there is an issue with your contract generation server. You might want to check the log files and see what the issue is. Check if the WebServices are up or not. Sometimes restarting the contract gen server helps.
