Error when creating SC.

Hello.

Create ShC. After choosing material i have an error:

"

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR:  internal error occurred while processing parallel RFC's (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)"

what could be the reason?

SRM 7.02.

You can further check the error logs as suggested. Before that just go through the help link for more understanding about the issue.

Also, if you are using MDM to create SC, please check SAP notes as some people have reported issues. If you can further elaborate on process and detail log, I can further help.
